C&J Group seeks to actively participate in and make a positive difference to the communities in which we live and work. We do this through a series of community engagement activities such as granting  financial support to non-profit organisations. Through this we continue to encourage community partnerships.

Our people are also actively involved in the community, participating in volunteering days, workplace giving and charitable fundraising.

Our employee involvement initiatives place emphasis on recognising and responding to the things that matter to the team at C&J Group.

Our people are eligible to take one paid day of Volunteer Leave per year to volunteer their time with a charity or non-profit organisation of their choice.

This initiative has been created in response to sustained interest from our employees who want to give back to their broader community.
